Endosafe® - PTS™
(Portable Test System)
A handheld endotoxin assay system that detects endotoxin levels in samples quickly and quantitatively, using FDA-approved disposable cartridges.

A process performed at the point of sample collection that gives results in around 15 minutes, facilitating expeditious final product release.

PTS™ Service Programs
BRASS™ provides a range of PTS™ service programs to protect against any problems and to assist in maintenance of the system.

PTS™ & MCS™ Disposable Cartridges
FDA-licensed and Non FDA-licensed disposable cartridges that are pre-filled with all the reagents to run an LAL assay to provide quantitative results.

PTS™ & MCS™ Accessory Products
A range of necessary accessory products complete with certificates of quality certifying appropriate endotoxin levels to achieve consistent LAL results that are free from contamination and interference.

Endosafe® - PTS™ BCA
Endosafe® - PTS™ BCA assay is used to accurately determine protein concentration in laboratory samples, saving time and costs.

BCA is one of the most popular methods for the colorimetric detection and quantification of total protein over traditional protein determination methods.

Endosafe® - MCS™
(Multi-Cartridge System)
A multi-cartridge endotoxin detection system that tests up to five samples simultaneously using FDA-licensed disposable cartridges, providing endotoxin results in about 15 minutes.

The system permits samples to be assayed independently, permitting random access.

MCS™ Service Programs
BRASS™ provides a range of MCS™ service programs to protect against any problems and to assist in maintenance of the system.

Endosafe® - PTS™ Gram ID
Cartridges
Disposable cartridges pre-filled with reagents for a fast, simple and automated stain-free assay for gram stain determination when used with PTS™

Endosafe® - PTS™ Glucan
Cartridges
Disposable cartridges pre-filled with reagents to quickly and easily quantify glucans, leading to better process monitoring and faster Out-Of-Specification resolutions when run on PTS™.

Endosafe® - PTS™ BCA
Cartridges and Accessories
Disposable cartridges pre-filled with reagents to quickly quantify protein when used with the PTS™ instrument.

Kinetic Turbidimetric LAL
Kinetic Turbidimetric reagents yield quantitative endotoxin values when used with a multi-tube or microplate reader equipped with endotoxin software.

With KTA, you will receive accurate and reliable quantitative endotoxin results on even your most difficult products.

Rapid Single-Test Vial LAL
Endosafe® LAL single-test vials provide a low cost, rapid alternative for routine endotoxin detection without compromising quality.

Kinetic Chromogenic LAL
Endochrome-K™ is a quantitative chromogenic LAL test that contains a colorless substrate and LAL co-lypohilized into a single, stable reagent.

Gel Clot LAL
A simple qualitative method best used for biologics facilities, dialysis clinics and small low-volume laboratories.

These reagents offer a wide range of sensitivities that are buffered for better interference resistance.

End-Point Chromogenic Reagents
The end-point chromogenic reagents are used when a rapid, quantitative non-kinetic assay that gives results over a narrow standard curve range is required.

This assay obviates the need for an incubating plate reader.

Control Standard Endotoxin
Control Standard Endotoxin (CSE) is a purified extract prepared from cells of Escherichia Coli, a widely used standard for endotoxin testing.

The same strain used for USP and EP reference standard endotoxin (RSE).

LAL Reagent Water
LAL Reagent Water is the contamination and interference free diluent for sample or CSE dilution, and CSE and LAL reconstitution.

Pipettes and Pipette Tips
Individually wrapped and 96-racked pipette tips and depyrogenated glass pipettes available.

Endotoxin Indicators
A wide range of endotoxin indicators used for dry-heat oven depyrogenation validation.

Endotoxin-Free Test Tubes
All Endosafe™ borosilicate reaction and dilution tubes are certified to less than 0.001 EU/mL.

LAL Buffers
Buffers used to reconstitute LAL and render the reagent insensitive to interference or for testing electrolytes, strongly buffered solutions and solutions that are difficult to adjust pH into required range.

96-Well Plates
Individually wrapped 96-Well polystyrene plates that are tissue culture treated, and certified to 0.005EU/mL and 0.05EU/mL.

PETG Bottles
Validated PETG bottles of different volume for LAL sampling are available.

Dispenser Tips
Individually wrapped dispenser tips.
